Our Commitment

Civic Integrity Response is committed to making its website reasonably usable and accessible to all visitors, including those using assistive technologies or who have accessibility needs. We intend to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our site continues to develop.

As an early-stage website, we are continuously improving our design and content. This statement reflects our current intentions and is updated as we make progress.

Design Standards

The Civic Integrity Response website is designed with the following accessibility principles in mind:

Readable contrast. Text and interactive elements are designed to maintain strong contrast ratios against background colors to support readability across a range of display conditions.

Clear navigation. Page structure uses semantic headings and consistent navigation to help users orient themselves and locate content predictably.

Keyboard-friendly design. We intend for interactive elements — including navigation links, buttons, and modals — to be operable via keyboard navigation.

Responsive layout. The site is designed to be functional across desktop and mobile viewports without requiring horizontal scrolling or layout collapse.

Known Limitations

As an early-stage website under active development, some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are actively working to identify and address gaps. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, we encourage you to contact us so we can address it.

Feedback and Contact

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website or have accessibility feedback, please contact us. We take accessibility concerns seriously and will make reasonable efforts to address reported issues promptly.
